Saturday Special – Standing Strong

The fundamental standing poses of the ashtanga sequence teach us how to connect to the floor and create a firm foundation through our feet and legs. When approached correctly these postures give us the strength and the tools for success in the asanas that follow – and are especially useful for tight hips and backbends! Join us for this special one off class. Re-evaluate your standing poses to re-invigorate your practice!!
